About the Role
Mantis Structural Engineering seeks a motivated Junior Post-Tensioning Engineer to support design and site engineering teams. The role involves assisting in the design of post-tensioned slabs and beams using RAM Concept, performing calculations, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of post tensioned slabs and beams using RAM Concept
- Perform design calculations under the supervision of senior engineers
- Assist in structural analysis and design using ETABS and SAFE where required
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and contractors regarding design issues
- Prepare design reports, calculations, and technical submissions
- Review consultant comments and assist in design revisions
- Assist in preparing technical submittals and shop drawing submissions
- Coordinate with the drafting team for drawing production
- Prepare quantity take offs for PT materials
- Support the engineering team with project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 0–5 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of reinforced concrete design
- Familiarity with RAM Concept is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work both in the office and on site
