Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate prequalification submissions, EOIs, and tender documents
- Manage vendor registrations with clients, developers, and contractors
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and company presentations
- Support contract administration including contract reviews, correspondence, variations, and document tracking
- Coordinate project documentation and maintain commercial records
- Support business development activities including client follow up and opportunity tracking
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to ensure effective coordination
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and management presentations
- Maintain organized digital records and document control systems
- Perform general commercial and administrative support duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, tendering, business support, or operations within the construction or engineering industry
- Experience preparing tenders, prequalification submissions, EOIs, and commercial documentation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is an advantage

- Mantis Structural Engineering is a growing structural engineering company specializing in Post Tensioning, Structural Engineering, Concrete Repair & Strengthening, and Value Engineering.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience working with a contractor, engineering consultant, or developer is preferred.
- Experience preparing tenders, prequalification submissions, EOIs, and commercial documentation.
- Good understanding of contract administration and familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- Experience with vendor registrations, client portals, and document management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
