About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to support project planning and controls activities on major infrastructure projects.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop planning expertise while working within a large-scale project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines
- Prepare planning reports and progress updates
- Support resource planning and productivity monitoring
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to collect and validate progress information
- Support the Project Controls team in achieving project objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of planning experience within infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Good communication and organisational skills.
