About the Role
Dicetek LLC is seeking a Junior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno Functional Consultant to participate in requirement gathering, configure FLEXCUBE solutions, support UAT, and work on technical tasks including PL/SQL development and data migration.

Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
- Provide technical support to configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across Loans and Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, CASA.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
- Review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Work closely with development teams on PL/SQL development, batch processing, reports and customization frameworks.
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot UAT issues and provide root cause analysis.
Requirements

- Hands on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core module, CASA Module, Loans and Deposits, Trade Finance, Limits and Collateral Management, Accounting and GL Integration, End of Day and Beginning of Day processing
- Technical skills: Oracle PL/SQL, Data migration and reconciliation, SQL Performance Tuning, Oracle Database, XML/XSD, SOAP and REST APIs, UNIX/Linux scripting
- Good understanding of Corporate Banking, CASA module, Loan and Deposits Operations, Trade Finance Operations

Required Skills
- Oracle FLEXCUBE experience
- Hands on experience in FLEXCUBE Core module, CASA Module, Loans and Deposits, Trade Finance, Limits and Collateral Management, Accounting and GL Integration, End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) processing
- Technical Skills: Oracle PL/SQL, Data migration and reconciliation, SQL Performance Tuning, Oracle Database, XML/XSD, SOAP and REST APIs, Java based FLEXCUBE integrations (preferred), UNIX/Linux scripting
Required Experience / Knowledge Areas
- Banking Domain Knowledge
- Good understanding of Corporate Banking, CASA module, Loan and Deposits Operations, Trade Finance Operations
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS) latest versions, Corporate Banking Support Experience, Experience with modern and latest version of banking transformation initiatives
