Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering client requirements, mapping business processes, and documenting workflows
- Learn to configure the NetSuite platform and assist in data migration/cleansing from legacy systems
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure systems and workflows function correctly
- Provide hands on support during the deployment (Go Live) phase
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional analysis, or business processes
- Exposure to ERPs such as NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Acumatica, or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Basic understanding of corporate accounting (General Ledger, AP, AR)
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Open to occasional travel to client sites across Canada and the USA

Logistics
- Permanent position.
- Full time (40 hours/week).
- Hybrid: 3 days/week in office (Sauvé metro station).
