Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualization and execution of creative graphics design solutions from inception to completion
- Design and produce reproduction ready visual graphics including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, graphs, posters, signs, and certificates
- Create visual assets for digital and print channels including social media content, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications
- Edit videos for social media, websites, presentations, and internal use including basic motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements
- Support photo and video shoots including setup, shooting, and post production preparation
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content creation, and visual storytelling
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other business units to deliver high quality creative work on time
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Ensure utmost quality of deliverables including checking the quality of team deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2 3 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Working knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and social media content creation
- Strong communication skills in Arabic language

Overview
- One of our business units is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or AI powered creative tools is a plus.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.
- Strong communication skills required; candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic language.
