Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, implement, and maintain the Group QMS aligned with ISO 9001, EFQM, and business objectives
- Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, and manuals across all business units
- Drive business excellence frameworks, performance improvement initiatives, and process optimization
- Identify key performance metrics and best practices to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, international standards, and organizational requirements
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors
- Monitor QMS performance, conduct internal audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare management reports highlighting performance trends, audit outcomes, and improvement opportunities
- Lead Management Review meetings and present quality performance and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with business goals
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles
- At least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, EFQM framework, audit methodologies, and UAE regulatory requirements

Overview

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
