This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.

• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of end-user IT automation equipment, including baseline imaging, performance optimization, patching, and updating
• Perform maintenance and functionality checks of conference rooms to ensure computer, video-teleconference, and voice IT equipment are operational
• Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve end-user automation hardware and software issues to maintain 99% system availability
• Provide comprehensive inventory and automation capability matrices monthly or as requested
