- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and hardware issues
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrolment
- Support Active Directory user account management and password resets
- Support printing systems and network printers
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi Fi, VPN)
- Prepare and deploy laptops and desktops for users
- Coordinate with vendors and support regional users
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Requirements
- Currently in UAE and immediately available to join
- Provide first level IT support to end users
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, and IT infrastructure

Job Summary
- The Junior IT Technician will provide first level IT support to end users, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, and IT infrastructure, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining IT assets and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support.
