Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, mailboxes, and group management
- Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN connectivity, web filtering, security policies, and network access controls
- Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with SOC teams on threat detection and incident response
- Administer Print Management System, printer queues, secure printing, print policies, and printer troubleshooting
- Support and monitor VMware vSphere/ESXi environments
- Perform patch management and vulnerability remediation using Intune & Third party Windows Update for Business, and security tools
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, EDR, and compliance status
- Support Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi Fi, switches, and network troubleshooting
- Monitor backup jobs and support disaster recovery activities
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ITSM tickets
Requirements
- 5–7 years of IT Infrastructure and Support experience
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, VMware, firewall administration, and endpoint management

Job Summary
- The IT Technician will provide end user support, manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, maintain IT infrastructure, endpoint security, firewall management, printer management, patch management, and ensure smooth IT operations across all locations.
