Role Overview
Mosaic Restaurant is recruiting a Junior IT Technician for its restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports IT equipment, users, networks, POS systems, and internal business applications across the head office and branches.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment across all sites.
- Provide daily technical support for users in the head office and branches.
- Troubleshoot POS system issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Monitor internet connectivity, internal networks, and firewall or router equipment.
- Manage email accounts, access permissions, and data backups.
- Ensure devices are updated with antivirus software and security patches.
- Support Cubes, ERP, and WPS systems with Finance and Operations.
- Maintain a ticket log documenting IT issues and resolutions.
- Train staff on proper use of IT tools and systems as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same job role.
Workplace and Location
- Job location is Abu Dhabi.
- Work is performed in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
