• Hands on with our stack: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Windows and Linux server administration.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest for the industry & emerging technologies i.e. using AI tools, side projects
• Familiarity with teleconferencing, VoIP, email, and networking.
• Ability to set up a standard operating environment for staff laptops.
• Confidence diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
• A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels via phone, email, or face to face.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to self organise and prioritise a workload against multiple competing deadlines, for yourself and for others.
• A high degree of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight, or to supporting users across multiple countries and time zones.
