Geochemist

Build and apply thermodynamic mineralogy models to support mineral exploration targeting.

Provide geochemical input across live client projects, from data review through to interpretation and reporting.

Integrate geochemical datasets into Fleet's data streams and interpretation workflows.

Work with Fleet's geologists and geophysicists to bring geochemical and geophysical evidence together into a single coherent interpretation.

Support client facing team members with geochemical advice, context and recommendations.

Prepare clear technical material and figures for client deliverables.

Keep geochemical data handling, QAQC and documentation consistent across projects.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in geology /geochemistry.

Between 2 to 10 years of experience in a geochemistry roles within mining or mineral exploration companies

Working knowledge of geochemical data handling, QAQC and interpretation.

Coding skills are a plus, either AI/vibe coding or hands on ability in Python

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to give context and a clear recommendation rather than just a result.

An organised, detail oriented approach to project work.

Exposure to geophysical data, or an interest in learning how it complements geochemistry.
