Support the wider IT Service Delivery Team in coordinating, tracking and documenting Project Management activity - while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000

Ensure operational readiness (OR) and service transition plans (documentation, training, support models, SLAs).

Conduct Project status reports and post-implementation review as required.

Maintain accurate and up to date Project Plans

Maintain process documentation: policies and procedures where applicable

Own reports; present status reports as required

ITIL® 4 Foundation or above, ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or above, PRINCE2® - preffered

Strong expereince in Microsoft 365

Core PM Basics: Understanding project phases, note-taking, task tracking, and stakeholder communication

Ownership & accountability; calm under pressure and adept at decision-making.

Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of Sharepoint site structure, permissions and content management concepts
