- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in managing cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and AWS.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT
- Knowledge of Windows / macOS systems administration
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Experience with AWS services and WordPress is an added advantage
