Executive Assistant
to support our CEO while also taking an active role in
content creation within the forex industry
.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is organized, presentable, and confident on camera.
Executive Support
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Reception & Client Management
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Act as the face of the company at the reception
- Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
Content Creation (Forex Industry)
- Record and deliver one daily video covering business updates, insights, or news in the forex market
- Stay updated with forex trends and company activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team (if applicable) for content alignment
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable on camera
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or basic knowledge in forex/trading is a plus
