Role Overview
Onus Group is seeking a motivated and organized Junior HR Officer to join its team in Riyadh.
The role supports day-to-day HR activities, employee administration, and government-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and personnel administration activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documents.
- Handle government transactions and relevant online portals.
- Assist with visas, Iqama, work permits, and related documentation renewals.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewal of employee and company documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities and service providers when required.
- Support attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
- Provide general HR and administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, personnel administration, or government relations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant Saudi government platforms.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Based in Riyadh.
- At least one year of HR experience is required.
- English is required.
- A driving license is required.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000 per month.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
