Join an 18-month trainee graduate program as a Junior HR Business Partner.
Work closely with MEA HR and business leaders to support HR strategies and business objectives while developing HR business partnering skills.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 8,500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Support managers with HR and business needs.
- Assist with workforce planning, performance, talent, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Handle HR queries and support policy compliance.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Support talent management and succession planning.
- Maintain HR data and reporting in systems such as Workday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
