Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the group's consolidated cash flow forecast, working closely with subsidiary teams
- Perform monthly financial consolidation across multiple legal entities and flag variances for management review
- Conduct ongoing sales and cost analysis to support commercial and operational decisions
- Produce ad hoc financial reports and analytical outputs as requested by the Finance Director
- Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries and support them in meeting group reporting requirements
- Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to reduce manual effort
- Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar role
- Advanced Excel skills essential; proficiency in VBA and Power Query appreciated
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a strong advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred; familiarity with any ERP considered
- Technically oriented, able to work independently with data, build models, identify patterns, and translate outputs into clear recommendations
- Strong attention to detail combined with ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

Job Overview
- REDA Chemicals is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join the finance team in Dubai, reporting to the Group Finance Director.
