We are seeking a diligent and passionate Junior Financial Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and generating insightful reports to aid decision-making processes.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior analysts and financial managers, gaining valuable insights and experience in financial planning and analysis.
Your role will involve evaluating financial trends, assisting in the preparation of budgets, and playing a key part in maintaining financial health.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to collect, organize, and analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets and tracking systems for accurate data reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Contribute to the financial evaluation and modeling of new projects and ventures.
- Analyze financial performance metrics and present insights to management.
- Help identify trends and patterns in financial data to predict future financial outcomes.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in financial audits by providing required data and reports.
- Assist in conducting variance analyses between actual and forecasted financial figures.
- Maintain updated knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience or internships in finance or related fields is advantageous.
