About the Role
Superfine Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets. The role requires 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of UAE VAT and IFRS, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS
- Lead month end and year end closing processes including bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and journal entries
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; provide insights to management
- Ensure accurate and timely VAT filings and full compliance with UAE tax laws
- Coordinate with auditors for year end audits and ensure supporting documentation is ready
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and other finance staff
- Develop and implement internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies
- Liaise with other departments (HR, Procurement, Operations) to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS, and local compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills
- Experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Services sector is a strong advantage
