- Assign daily duties and schedules; ensure adequate staffing

- Train new employees and coach existing staff on procedures and safety
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action
- Maintain inventory and equipment
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Prepare monthly reports
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent hazards
- Report accidents or damages immediately
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
