- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and detailed cost estimates for construction and fit out projects.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and design departments to ensure accurate pricing.
- Identify cost saving opportunities through value engineering.
- Analyze project risks, variations, and contingencies.
- Maintain updated databases of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals and bid documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in Construction, Interior Fit Out, Contracting, or Turnkey Projects
- Strong understanding of construction materials, fit out processes, and market pricing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
