Junior Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
• Assist in execution of high-rise apartment projects from foundation to handover.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, supervisors, and site workers.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site.
• Track project progress and report updates to senior engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards at construction site.
• Support in site documentation, measurements, and reporting.
• Assist in resolving basic site-level technical issues.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of building construction and RCC structure works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic understanding of site execution and supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in site environment.
