Job Description
As an HR Trainee , you will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in day-to-day HR functions along with limited customer interaction and coordination.
Human Resource Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports.
- Assist in organizing staff training and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll coordination and handle basic HR-related queries.
Customer Coordination (Support Role)
Assist in handling customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages under guidance.
