Purpose and Impact
Assist with reporting, analytics, and data management activities that support technical objectives.
Use accurate analysis and effective reporting to identify trends, support investigations, and drive continuous improvement.
Report to the Head of Consumer Services within the Technical team.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI reporting dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyse consumer complaint, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain data.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for operational and leadership teams.
- Support root cause investigations and maintain business data accuracy and integrity.
Consumer Services Analytics
- Analyse consumer complaint data from Salesforce.
- Monitor complaint trends across products, markets, manufacturing sites, and suppliers.
- Support complaint reduction initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consumer services performance reports.
