Role overview
The HR Business Analyst reports to the Senior HR Business Analyst and works within a business analyst team supporting business and group functions on technology matters.
The role manages HR and related application initiatives, balancing day-to-day application support with changes and new project delivery.
Experience in HR, payroll, time and attendance, and related processes is expected.
Responsibilities
- Define functional designs, perform strategic reviews, and recommend system and business process changes.
- Collect, analyse, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
- Design and document processes, lead improvements, and implement new processes or systems.
- Test and implement systems, provide training, and facilitate system and user acceptance testing.
- Oversee incident, problem, and day-to-day support services delivered through third-party agreements.
- Manage stakeholders and outsourced suppliers and conduct regular service reviews.
Essential qualifications
- Graduate calibre and professional IT or end-user experience in relevant business areas.
