- Assist in daily inventory control and stock verification
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Monitor food, beverage, and consumable costs
- Verify supplier invoices and GRNs
- Assist with recipe costing and menu costing
- Analyze inventory variances and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare wastage, complimentary, and void reports
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Support month end inventory closing
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in cost control or inventory within hospitality or restaurants
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP or POS systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Overview
