Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve smoothies, healthy beverages, coffee, and other café items
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks
- Operate and maintain café equipment and machines properly
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer basic product inquiries
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Support team members in day to day operations as required
Requirements
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation is preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Team player with strong customer service skills
- Immediate availability preferred
