Requirements
- Previous experience in café, healthy food, or retail sales preferred
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Friendly, energetic, and customer focused personality
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible with working hours (including weekends)

Job Description
- 180° Meal Planner is a premium healthy meal plan company in Dubai, serving professionals and families who value nutrition, convenience, and lifestyle transformation.
- We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Barista Cum Sales Executive to help us grow through structured monthly targets.
- At 180 Degree Meal Plan, we are hiring friendly and energetic staff to prepare beverages, assist customers with meal plans, handle sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Barista: Prepare and serve smoothies, and healthy beverages
- Operate machines and maintain equipment
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed
- Maintain quality and consistency in drinks
- Sales Staff: Assist customers with meal plan packages and product selection
- Explain menu, subscriptions, and promotions clearly
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, POS system, and cash transactions
- General Duties: Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Support team operations when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in café, healthy food, or retail sales preferred

Compensation
