Responsibilities
- Support senior team members across the investment lifecycle
- Prepare concept papers, investment thesis, management presentations, board materials, and committee packs
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, scenario analysis, and return calculations
- Conduct market research, sector deep dives, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and company profiling
- Support due diligence workstreams including commercial, financial, technical, tax, and legal
- Analyze business plans, financial statements, operating metrics, and transaction/data room materials
- Track deal pipeline, maintain databases, and prepare summary dashboards/reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and external counterparties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in investments, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, strategy consulting, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modelling skills including valuation, forecasting, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Good understanding of investment analysis, M&A processes, due diligence, and deal execution
- Ability to conduct market assessments, benchmarking, industry research, and competitor analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Available in Riyadh full time
- Experience with platforms such as PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, or similar databases
