Job Description
- Lead the strategic vision of the company, defining the roadmap for AI and full stack development products and services.
- Coordinate technical and business teams, make decisions on key technologies, and oversee quality of deliverables.
- Establish business partnerships, manage budgets, and ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Drive innovation, improve internal processes, and represent the company in client and partner meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading technology companies or projects, with ability to define strategy and business objectives.
- Solid knowledge in AI and machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning) and their commercial application.
- Experience in backend and frontend development (e.g., Flask/FastAPI/Django and React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and DevOps (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD) and security best practices.
- Leadership skills, team management, clear communication, negotiation, results orientation, and ability to work with international clients.
- Education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business administration or similar; startup or tech consulting experience valued.
- High level of English for global project coordination.
