Position Overview
As a Junior Accountant at Freezoner, you will provide essential support in accounting and tax-related functions.
Your role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with corporate tax and VAT registrations and filings, and supporting audit processes.
You will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in registering clients for corporate tax.
- Support VAT registration processes for clients.
- Facilitate client registration in GoAML systems.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Support the filing of corporate tax returns.
- Assist in submitting VAT returns timely and accurately.
- Manage company and license amendments as required.
- Support liquidation processes and documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and data collection.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and project coordination.
- Liaise with external clients to gather required documents and address queries.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in accounting or related financial roles.
- Basic understanding of corporate tax, VAT, and GoAML processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in accounting and tax compliance.
