Requirements
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (UAE preferred)
- Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
- Experience with Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Junior Accountant role based in Dubai, UAE.
- Support day to day accounting operations including recording financial transactions, posting entries to the general ledger, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, track rental income and related property expenses, and help prepare invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, supporting month end and year end closing activities, and maintaining accurate financial records.
