Overview
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Record and track customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate receivable records.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
- Prepare and post bank entries, and reconcile accounts in AED, USD, and other currencies.
- Basic understanding of multiple lines of business and cost centers, including cost allocation and basic reporting.
- Assist Senior Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and VAT compliance.
- Support senior accountant with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
