Role Overview
Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations for CARIVA.
Maintain accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
General Ledger and Journal Entries
- Post and process journal entries accurately so business transactions are properly recorded.
- Update and maintain financial data in accounting databases.
Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Update accounts receivable records and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up as required.
- Update accounts payable records and process vendor payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting and Statements
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
