About the Role
Hautecoffre General Trading LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to record daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Zoho.

Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system and maintain general ledger accounts
- Prepare, post, and reconcile month end and year end closing entries
- Monitor daily cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances and process payments to vendors and employees
- Prepare financial statements, payroll process, monthly and annual reports
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems
- Address financial inquiries from vendors, clients, or internal departments
- Stay updated on accounting principles, standards, and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Zoho
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,000.00 AED2,500.00 per month
