Location and employment
- The role is based in Mussafah M45, Abu Dhabi.
- Employment type is full-time and work location is in person.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates need one to two years of relevant accounting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- English knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word, are required.
- Accounting software knowledge is required, while ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Candidates should understand basic accounting principles and have strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the system.
- Prepare and update journal entries, ledgers, and financial documents.
- Support monthly closing procedures and financial reports.
- Assist with bank statement and account reconciliations.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Support senior accountants with audits and reporting tasks.
- Follow up with store laborers and revise item in-and-out records.
Compensation
- The advertised pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
