Job Description
The employer is seeking a qualified Estimation Engineer with at least two years of estimation experience in MEP or fire protection systems.
The role is part of an office-based team and focuses on accurate cost estimates, tender documents, supplier coordination, and technical and commercial support.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in estimation, preferably in the UAE.
- A background in the MEP or fire protection industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with estimation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimation and cost proposals for MEP or fire protection projects.
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and service quotations.
- Support the sales and project team with technical and commercial inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents.

Work Environment
- This is an office-based position with in-person work location.
