- Create short form video content for multiple brands across TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Support in ideation, shooting, and editing of vertical video content
- Assist in executing content based on trends, hashtags, and platform insights
- Work closely with production teams on on ground shoots and content execution
- Edit and deliver fast turnaround videos using tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro
- Monitor daily trends and help translate them into engaging brand content
- Contribute to community growth through consistent and engaging short form video output
- Support campaign execution and content planning across social platforms
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or short form video editing
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short form video platforms
- Basic knowledge of mobile/DSLR shooting and vertical video formats
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Active user of short form video platforms with understanding of trends and formats
- Organized, detail oriented, and proactive learner
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio or links to previous short form video work

Position Overview
- LPS is looking for a Junior Content Creator – Short Form Video (interns/fresh graduates also welcome) who understands TikTok/Reels culture, is passionate about vertical video storytelling, and is eager to grow hands on experience in content creation for brands, creators, and digital communities acro
Required Skills & Experience
- Create short form video content for multiple brands across platforms such as TikTok & Instagram Reels, working with internal account and production teams.
- Support in ideation, shooting, and editing of vertical video content.
- Assist in executing content based on trends, hashtags, and platform insights.
- Work closely with production teams on on ground shoots and content execution.
- Edit and deliver fast turnaround videos using tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate).
- Monitor daily trends and help translate them into engaging brand content.
- Contribute to community growth through consistent and engaging short form video output.
- Support campaign execution and content planning across social platforms.

- 2–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or short form video editing is must.
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short form video platforms.
