- Drive new business acquisition across UAE and KSA through proactive outreach, meetings, and networking.
- Plan and manage marketing communications efforts collateral, presentations, campaigns and overall consistency and relevancy of the agency's identity.
- Promote and sell the company’s suite of services including Social media, Events, Production, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Web Design/Development.
- Collaborate with internal teams by briefing them on client requirements to develop customized pitches and proposals.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
- Identify relevant events in KSA and UAE to participate in, and actively represent the company at these events to drive business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have 4+ years of sales/business development experience in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
- Strong knowledge of creative agency workflows, social media and digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, Web Development) and integrated marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in UAE & KSA.
- Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Comfortable to travel frequently to KSA.

Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business development and growth across the UAE and KSA.
- The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across Creative Campaigns, AI powered solutions, Production, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Events.
- The ideal candidate combines business development, consultative selling, and relationship management skills to secure new clients and foster long term partnerships.
