Jr Executive (47880)

To assist store supervisor in execution of store & distribution department activities.

· To receive the materials in store.

· Unloading & cleaning of received materials containers.

· Proper labeling, Storage & handing of the materials.

· Dispensing of Raw material & Packing material.

· To follow entry exit procedure and gowning procedure in the area.

· To carry out floor cleaning and sanitizing activity.

· Immediately report to superior for any breakdown, deviation or any other nonconformance.

· To carry out cleaning of area and equipment.

· Operates equipment’s such as: RLAF, Pass Box, racking system, Floor cleaning machine &

Vacuum cleaner.

· Monitoring of environmental conditions in store & distribution area.

· Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other section within the business,

which may be requested by the reporting authority for which training and/or an explanation has

been provided and understood.
