Option 1 – Production Roles:​ Work Environment : This role requires full on-site presence at our Waterford plant.​ Hiring Rate : from 5000 EUR gross per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. ​ Bonus Plan : This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.​ Comprehensive Benefits Package : Health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, income protection, employee assistance program, company-subsidized canteen, and cycle-to-work scheme.​

Option 2 – Non-Production and graded roles:​ Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Waterford plant.​ Hiring Range : 15,000 – 23,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Option 3 - Remote-Eligible Central Function Roles:​ Work Environment : This role supports central functions and offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options, subject to role requirements and manager approval.​ Hiring Range : 15,000 – 23,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
