In this leadership role, you will drive maintenance excellence, develop team capabilities, and support continuous improvement initiatives that maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. How You'll Make a Difference The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to support safe operations, maintain quality standards, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to the products and solutions trusted by customers around the world: Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance team members to build a safe, skilled, and high-performing workforce. Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime and support production objectives. Drive continuous improvement, capital projects, and process optimization initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and food safety requirements while promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the facility. Manage maintenance resources, contractors, equipment records, work orders, and performance metrics to support operational excellence. Here are the skills and experiences that will help you succeed in this role and contribute to the manufacturing excellence that powers our business every day: Four or more years of experience in an industrial electrical, mechanical, or maintenance environment. Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to develop teams, manage performance, and coordinate maintenance activities. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, auxiliary equipment, automation controls, conveyors, and maintenance best practices.

Compensation & Benefits: Expected Hiring Salary Range: $85,900 - 119,890 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
