Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support assigned corporate clients, handle routine queries, and build rapport with client teams.
• Assist with account onboarding, including KYB and KYC document collection and paperwork preparation.
• Help HR, finance, and payroll teams use the Payroll Portal and escalate complex issues.
• Track payroll and employee escalations, coordinate internal resolution, and keep clients updated.
• Support field visits and on-site training covering money transfer, mobile recharge, bill payments, and card services.
• Encourage app registrations and card activations and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Gather referrals, maintain CRM records, and prepare reports on account activity and portfolio health.
• Learn Edenred products and the WPS and payroll landscape.

Your profile

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales support, account coordination, or similar client-facing experience is requested.
• Recent graduates with a relevant internship are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are required.
• Applicants should be fast learners, self-motivated, and comfortable seeking guidance.
• Occasional field visits are part of the role.
• A valid UAE driver’s license and own car are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are required; CRM experience is a plus.
• Interest in payments, fintech, or financial services is expected.
