About the Role

  • Asdaf Al Arabia is seeking an ambitious, results driven, and highly motivated Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the company’s sales, business development, and marketing activities.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new contracts, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple service sectors.
  • This role is designed for a professional who thrives on achieving results, closing deals, building long term client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across government, semi government, and private sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into long term contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision makers.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions until successful project award and contract execution.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support company growth.
  • Expand existing client accounts by introducing additional services and solutions.
  • Continuously monitor market opportunities and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy.
  • Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Oversee corporate communications, promotional materials, and marketing content.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management.
  • Proven track record in securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience dealing with government entities, large corporations, or service based businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and business presentations.
  • Excellent relationship building and networking capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel and conduct client visits when required.
