- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Manage staff schedules and administrative team
- Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with sales, academic, and marketing teams
- Handle suppliers and operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Lead expansion or relocation projects as needed
Requirements
- 3 6 years of experience in operations or center management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in technology and operational systems
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

- نبحث عن مدير عمليات منظم وطموح لإدارة وتشغيل مركزنا في الرياض.
- الدور أساسي لضمان سير العمل اليومي بسلاسة، دعم النمو، وتقديم تجربة ممتازة للطلاب والفريق.
المهام الوظيفية
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمركز
- إدارة جداول الموظفين والفريق الإداري وخدمة العملاء
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والأكاديميين والتسويق
- التعامل مع الموردين والميزانيات التشغيلية
- التأكد من الالتزام بالأنظمة المحلية وسياسات الشركة
- قيادة مشاريع التوسّع أو الانتقال لمواقع جديدة عند الحاجة
المتطلبات
- خبرة من ٣ إلى ٦ سنوات في إدارة العمليات أو المراكز
- شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال مشابه
- مهارات قيادية وحل المشكلات
- إلمام بالتقنية والأنظمة التشغيلية
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً
