الوصف الوظيفي: مسؤول عن الإشراف الكامل على سكن الموظفين، وتنظيم السكن وضمان توفير بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومناسبة للموظفين، مع متابعة احتياجاتهم وحل المشكلات اليومية والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
Requirements
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على السكن وتنظيم توزيع الغرف والموظفين.
- متابعة النظافة والصيانة والتأكد من معالجة الأعطال.
- متابعة التزام الموظفين بأنظمة وتعليمات السكن.
- استقبال ومتابعة شكاوى واحتياجات الموظفين.
- التعامل مع المشكلات والخلافات داخل السكن وحلها بشكل مناسب.
- متابعة خدمات النظافة والصيانة والتنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات.
- إجراء جولات تفقدية دورية على السكن.
- إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالسكن ورفع الملاحظات للإدارة.
- التأكد من تطبيق اشتراطات السلامة والنظافة.
- التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
