Role Overview

  • The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring that business needs are translated into technical requirements and delivered solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis within software delivery or fintech environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
