First: Monitoring Government Support Opportunities and Related Platforms

  • Continuous scanning of government platforms and portals and support programs related to the non profit sector, monitoring new opportunities.
  • Assess suitability of each opportunity for the association's goals and programs, and eligibility criteria.
  • Prepare periodic recommendations on the most suitable opportunities and priorities, and submit to the direct supervisor for decision making.

Second: Preparing Application Files and Updating Official Documents

  • Prepare application files, gather requirements and necessary documents for each opportunity according to each platform's templates.
  • Ensure completeness and validity of the association's official documents (licenses, records, accreditations, reports) and update them promptly.
  • Review applications before submission to ensure compliance with requirements and absence of deficiencies.

Third: Follow up on Applications, Approvals, and Correspondence

  • Follow up on the status of submitted applications through platforms until a decision is issued.
  • Manage official correspondence with government entities and respond to their inquiries and observations within regulatory frameworks and specified deadlines.
  • Track approval stages until closure and receipt of support, and document results.

Fourth: Managing Initiatives Related to Government Support

  • Monitor implementation of approved initiatives and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare periodic and final reports required by donor and supporting entities.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fulfillment of contractual and regulatory obligations arising from support.

Fifth: Building Information Databases and Improving Efficiency

  • Build a database of platforms, their pathways, requirements, deadlines, and contact points.
  • Document application procedures and lessons learned to facilitate repetition and improve efficiency.
  • Suggest improvements to work mechanisms to reduce time and increase acceptance rates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Familiarity with government platforms and systems related to the non profit sector and their mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of fundraising and charitable work regulations and controls in the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and official correspondence in a precise institutional style.
  • Competence in using computer tools, data organization, and file management.
  • Communication, follow up, organizational skills, accuracy, commitment to deadlines, and ability to work under pressure.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent).

Practical Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial resource development or dealing with government platforms and entities.
